Everest Group has released its BPS Top 50™ 2025 report, ranking the world’s largest third-party Business Process Services (BPS) providers by 2024 revenue.
This year’s edition reveals an industry energized by digital acceleration, strategic acquisitions, and continued demand for scalable, tech-enabled services.
Despite a dynamic global environment, the BPS market delivered robust growth in 2024, driven by a combination of organic expansion and mergers and acquisitions. Industry heavyweights such as Teleperformance and Concentrix emerged as dominant forces.
Teleperformance’s merger with Majorel and Concentrix’s acquisition of Webhelp significantly bolstered their global reach and service capabilities, propelling both organizations to the top of the revenue and growth charts.
Also notable were the strong performances of Genpact, TCS, and Accenture, each maintaining their position among the top 10 through a combination of scale, operational excellence, and digital transformation leadership. These firms demonstrated the ability to balance breadth and specialization across verticals, geographies, and delivery models.
Several organizations made significant year-over-year leaps in the rankings, marking them as top risers. Companies such as Firstsource and Altius Link distinguished themselves with double-digit revenue growth, driven in part by growth focused strategy and strategic mergers and acquisitions respectively.
The report also highlights key performance trends across provider categories:
- IT-BPS providers faced challenges from high exposure to sectors facing high pressure from macro-economic headwinds.
- Pure-play BPS providers showed a strong acceleration driven by effective base account expansion strategies and large acquisitions among CXM majors.
Now in its tenth year, Everest Group’s BPS Top 50™ continues to serve as a definitive benchmark for enterprise buyers, investors, and analysts navigating the global BPS landscape.
