“Everest Group Vice President Rajesh Ranjan, who heads up the firm’s BPO Research program, said 67 percent of BPO buyers will renew or exchange their existing contracts over the next three years. Contracts worth a total of some $22 billion will be up for renewal during this period. Most contracts approaching the end of their terms were signed at least three years ago, said Abhishek  Menon, a practice director who leads the firm’s research program focused on procurement outsourcing and finance and accounting outsourcing.” Read more.
