Abbas Bagwala
Abbas Bagwala is a Practice Director at Everest Group, where he leads efforts in commercial and solution analytics. He assists clients on topics related to price benchmarking, solution review, and contract evaluation for the Business Process Services (BPS) area, within which he also has rich experience in finance and accounting (F&A), human resource outsourcing (HRO), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and contingent workforce management (CWM).
In his role, Abbas helps service providers and enterprises in making informed decisions in the competitive BPS space. He assists clients with strategic decisions to optimize their technology investments and sourcing strategy. Abbas brings deep expertise in solution design, proposal evaluations, market intelligence, innovative commercial constructs, and benchmarking.
Prior to joining Everest Group, Abbas worked with Wipro Limited and PwC India as a senior consultant, supporting clients in their outsourcing journey.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, India, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from RGPV University, Bhopal, India.
