Everest Group Engage was heading to London in 2026, bringing senior GBS, sourcing, vendor management, and shared services leaders together with analysts and industry experts.
Deborah Kops, Principal of Sourcing Change and Conference Chair for Engage London 2026, joined Everest Group’s Mark Fissell for an exclusive LinkedIn Live preview of two brand-new, high-impact workshops that would shape how GBS organizations lead in the next era.
In this session, the speakers explored the thinking behind these workshops, why they were critical to today’s GBS agenda, and how attending Engage London 2026 could help leaders build practical roadmaps for transformation, value creation, and enterprise influence.
Workshop Highlights
First Look: Reinventing the GBS Operating Model in the Age of Agentic
This workshop tackled how agentic AI was redefining GBS operating models and enterprise roles. Attendees learned how governance, talent strategy, and location decisions needed to evolve for AI-enabled delivery. The session provided frameworks connecting digital maturity to service expansion and business value, and a diagnostic lens to assess readiness and next steps in the age of agentic.
GBS Service Experience: Is the Juice Worth the Squeeze?
Improving customer sentiment was important, but making the financial case for service experience improvements was harder. In this interactive workshop, GBS leaders explored the Everest Group and Sourcing Change approach to defining, quantifying, and sustaining financial ROI from service experience initiatives. Attendees tested frameworks that linked experience improvements to enterprise value and learned how to make the business case resonate with Finance.
During this LinkedIn Live, the discussion covered:
The key themes and strategic value of these two flagship workshops
Why these sessions were essential for GBS leaders navigating AI disruption and value proofing
How Engage London 2026 was planned to equip attendees with frameworks, tools, and insights for real impact
This session offered a preview of Engage London 2026, where community, research, and practical frameworks converged to help GBS leaders excel.
