As GCCs scale and mature, leading organizations are moving beyond siloed operations to build integrated global networks that drive enterprise-wide impact. The next frontier for Global Capability Centers lies in unifying disparate operations into a cohesive, collaborative engine of value creation.

Join us for a dynamic virtual roundtable that explores how to design, operate, and evolve your GCCs into a globally integrated network. Attendees will gain practical insights into governance, talent strategies, work orchestration, and real-world value creation—while hearing directly from the peers and experts who are pioneering connected center models.

Participants will discuss:

    • How to design and operate GCCs as a unified, globally integrated network

    • Best practices for governance, talent management, and work allocation across centers

    • Strategies to drive cross-center collaboration, innovation, and enterprise impact

    • Real-world examples of synergy, scale, and value creation through connected GCCs

Who should attend?

    • Enterprise/GCC Heads

    • GCC Strategy Leaders

    • Enterprise/GCC Workforce Planning Leaders
