Everest Group (“We,” “we,” “Our,” or “our”) is a research and advisory firm dedicated to delivering deep research on technology and technology services. Our goal is to enhance our clients’ knowledge and provide insights that inform markets and industry participants.
Scope
We regularly engage and interact with clients, potential clients, and market participants. One way you may interact with Everest Group is by participating in our research. Your participation enhances the research delivered to you, your clients, and the broader market.
This document is intended to provide you with information about your participation. Should you have any questions, please feel free to connect with your Everest Group contact or email us at [email protected].
Research Methods
Everest Group conducts research using various methods, including, without limitation, information and document requests (e.g. Requests for Information (RFIs)), projects, briefings, inquiries, surveys, interviews, recorded calls and transcriptions, expert discussions, public research, and so forth.
Information Collection
Broadly speaking, we collect input from you (e.g. information and data) on categories such as performance, revenue, growth, clientele, client type, investments, partnerships, acquisitions, talent and people, deliverables and contract data, business traits, spend, locations, financials, and other business-related information.
Research Output
Our research output includes, without limitation, reports, online content, webinars, briefings, sessions, conference materials, and more, both public and non-public. When collecting information and data, we typically indicate when data or information you provide will be made public. Additionally, in our reports, we often (but not always) present data as ranges, aggregations, or in anonymized form, in both the quantitative and qualitative context. For instance, instead of saying Party A pays a certain amount for a certain service, and Party B pays a different amount, we might say parties in this area tend to pay between X and Z, with a Y median, for this service.
Terms
Your participation in Everest Group research activities is governed and controlled by Everest Group’s Notices and Disclaimers (available at www.everestgrp.com/notices-and-disclaimers), and, depending on the nature of the interaction, Everest Group’s Terms of Use (available at www.everestgrp.com/terms-of-use).
