2011 was a year of mixed pricing cues. Carrying on from 2010, the first two to three quarters saw a sustained demand for discretionary IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects. Combined with some high-value contract renewal, these factors contributed to an uptick in pricing.
In Q4 2011, demand cooled off and negotiations witnessed no further price corrections, thus ending the year in a comparative slump.
What has been the pricing trend in 2012 and how have the underlying drivers changed? What can be expected in the coming months?
Join our pricing experts for a one-hour webinar to discuss key ITO and BPO price trends tracked in Everest Group’s PricePoint report.
