PeopleScout Acquires TMP Holdings LTD – Another Stride Forward in the Quest for Global RPO Play
PeopleScout’s acquisition of TMP Holdings LTD will bolster its presence in the UK and the broader EMEA region, a region where it currently lacks significant presence. It will further expand PeopleScout’s product offerings / services portfolio, particularly that of value-added services such as employer branding and talent communities. By and large, this acquisition will offer the momentum PeopleScout needs to emerge as a strong global player with a large footprint and considerable capabilities across geographies. It will be interesting to watch how PeopleScout integrates the TMP brand and leverages its capabilities to make a foray into the UK market as well as win more global/multi-country deals.
