Job Overview

Everest Group is looking for a Demand Generation Strategist with digital campaign execution experience to join its collaborative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of marketing experience, possess strong Marketing Automation and CRM skills, and have a working knowledge of demand generation tactics such as email marketing, landing page design, customer lifecycle/nurture campaigns and data analytics. Additionally, the candidate must be a detail-orientated collaborator with the ability to also independently initiate and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology

  • Able to develop campaigns based on the customer journey and think through the technical and emotional touchpoints of each stage of the campaign process
  • Build and execute campaigns, nurture streams, and landing pages
  • Monitor and improve email deliverability and campaign results
  • Write A/B testing emails and subject lines to drive response rates
  • Work closely with senior executives to execute sponsored campaigns

Digital Analytics

  • Comfortable using popular analytics tools such as Google Analytics to make informed decisions and track the full digital journey
  • Track digital marketing KPIs and report on outcomes and subsequent adjusted strategies
  • Collaborate to implement, audit, and optimize website content with the goal of improving performance metrics and results
  • Stay abreast of the changing digital landscape and the many new features and changes to search, social, etc.. and communicate and collaborate across organization on threats and opportunities

Experience and Education Requirements 

  • 4 – 6 years of marketing experience
  • Advanced Marketo experience (or similar marketing automation platforms)
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge
  • Proficiency integrating Marketo with Salesforce
  • Passion for digital marketing that results in clear, measurable business impact
  • Ability to create short- and long-plans and execute
  • Experience working within a small team whose members have overlapping responsibilities and complementary skill sets
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to prioritize activities with limited direction
  • Motivated by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-like atmosphere, where you can make significant contributions
  • B2B Marketing experience preferred
  • Professional services firm experience preferred
  • Enjoy working with smart people across the globe, including extended marketing team members, sales directors, analysts, consultants, industry partners, and senior executives
  • Proactive, strategic thinker, and swift executioner

Re-location assistance is not offered for this position. This position could be remote.
