Job Overview

The Head of GBS Research and Advisory, India will provide leadership to Everest Group’s GBS service offering in India as a member of the overall global GBS team. This role will lead Everest Group’s efforts to cultivate and serve GBS organizations across India. The position will have both leadership and development responsibilities for the overall team as well as an expectation to deliver on revenue targets. Job description

Practice Director in the Pricing Assurance practice is a highly entrepreneurial role wherein the individual is responsible for client management, project management, leading analysis and problem solving, team development, shaping new services / capabilities, and working with senior leadership and marketing to take the new capabilities to market. This role is part of the Pricing Assurance practice, which assists buyers and service providers with pricing decisions in outsourcing arrangements. The customer success/account management role focuses on monitoring these customer relationships as key assets and providing solutions to the core issues of customer portfolio development, specifically retention and expansion. Key Responsibilities
