Salil Dani is a Vice President in Everest Group’s Global Sourcing practice. In this role, he leads client engagements across a broad range of topics: Location Optimization, Global In-house Centers (GICs) / Shared Services, Benchmarking, Peer Intelligence, and Talent strategy. He supports leading Enterprises, GICs / Shared Services, Service providers, and Investment Promotion Agencies / Country Associations.

Salil leads the team of analysts that tracks more than 200 global locations and analyzes trends in global services. He manages the Advanced Locations Tool offering, which helps power users proactively monitor location developments and provides fact base for making standard work placement decisions. In addition, Salil also manages Everest Group’s flagship research membership for Market Vista™, the industry’s most comprehensive research on global services market trends and insights.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Salil was a Senior Consultant at KPMG, where he worked on multiple consulting engagements in IT/ITES, infrastructure, consumer durables, and telecom industry verticals.

Salil holds an MBA (Chairman’s Medalist) from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
