Rajesh Ranjan leads Everest Group’s Business Process Services (BPS) syndicated and advisory practice globally. He is responsible for the overall growth of the practice in terms of revenues, client relationship management, market influence, and talent mentoring. He advises senior stakeholders that include buyers, providers, and investors, in their global services and enabling technology mandates and initiatives. He has authored numerous horizontal and industry-specific industry reports including next generation pan-BPS themes such as Automation, Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS), Analytics, Blockchain, and Innovation. He is frequently quoted in leading general media and global services-specific publications as well as invited to speak at industry forums. Prior to Everest Group, Rajesh worked with Wipro Technologies performing business analysis, strategic planning, and pre-sales. He started his career with Infosys as a software engineer. Rajesh holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad.
