Rajesh Ranjan leads Everest Group’s Business Process Services (BPS) published research and custom decision-support practice globally. He is responsible for the overall growth of the practice in terms of thought leadership, client relationship management, market influence, and talent mentoring. He advises senior stakeholders of global services that include enterprises, service providers, and investors, in their strategic mandates and initiatives. He has authored numerous horizontal and industry-specific industry reports including next generation pan-BPS themes such as analytics, automation, cloud / BPaaS, and innovation. He is frequently quoted in leading general media and global services-specific publications as well as invited to speak at industry forums.

Prior to Everest Group, Rajesh worked with Wipro Technologies performing business analysis, strategic planning, and pre-sales. He started his career with Infosys as a software engineer.

Rajesh holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur (India) and Bachelor of Technology from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad (India).
