Kushagra is a Practice Director in the Global Sourcing team, where he manages the Global Business Services (GBS) offerings for healthcare and life sciences organizations. He has rich experience advising companies on GBS growth, evolution, and optimization. He has also worked with global firms on their location/workforce strategy and peer benchmarking initiatives across multiple functions and regions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Delhi Technological University, Delhi.
