She collaborates closely with senior management to foster strategic initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and forward-thinking organizational approach. Before her current role, Jillian was Global Vice President at Frost & Sullivan, where she managed a team of consultants in emerging technology and trends research. Her tenure at Frost & Sullivan also included roles as Principal Consultant and Research Analyst, where she conducted in-depth research across various industries and geographic regions and long-term strategic planning and opportunity identification for clients. Jillian holds a Ph.D. (ABD) from the University of Iowa, a master's degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and dual bachelor's degrees from Trinity University.
