The evolving role of global in-house centers (GICs)
Bharath is a Vice President in Everest Group’s Global Sourcing practice.
He leads Everest Group’s Global Business Services (GBS) charter for healthcare and life sciences, retail, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) and professional services verticals. He has rich experience assisting clients across areas such as GBS growth and evolution strategy, talent management strategy, location optimization, sourcing strategy, and benchmarking of global delivery models. Bharath also manages research around the adoption and impact of technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of service delivery in GBS organizations.
Prior to joining Everest Group, Bharath was an Assistant Manager with Genpact. Before Genpact, Bharath was a Research Analyst with Frost & Sullivan. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University.
