Aditya Verma is a member of the Global Sourcing team and assists clients on topics related to sourcing model optimization, benchmarking, peer intelligence, and digital capabilities. Aditya’s responsibilities include leading Everest Group’s research on shared services/enterprises across planning, growth, and optimization of middle- and back-office functions.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Aditya was a Senior Consultant with a boutique consulting firm. Before that, Aditya’s experience includes time at Inductis-EXL and TCS. He holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
