Vershita Srivastava is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services team and manages Everest Group’s Service Optimization Technologies offerings. She helps clients to navigate emerging technologies that revolutionize service delivery. These technologies include automation tools, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI), process orchestration, and process mining. She is responsible for crafting winning go-to-market strategies, developing thought leadership content, and generating insights on the competitive landscape. Prior to joining Everest Group, Vershita worked at Wipro as Senior Consultant for the CGO. She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur.
