Vandana leads the life sciences BPO practice at Everest Group, specializing in commercial, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and medical affairs value chains, and oversees the practice's publishing agenda. She also supports service provider and technology vendor assessments, along with market reports focused on life sciences, including commercial success models, state of the market, MedTech operations, and sales and marketing reports. Additionally, Vandana advises service providers and enterprise vendors on strategic engagements such as go-to-market strategy, M&A strategy, competitor assessment, thought leadership, business intelligence, and market assessment. Prior to joining Everest Group, Vandana worked in strategy consulting with ZS and Axtria, concentrating on commercial strategy and excellence for the top 20 global pharma and MedTech firms. She holds a master's degree in business administration from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
