Shitika Ujjain is a Practice Director on the Pricing Assurance team, where she advises clients on price benchmarking, contract assessment, and solution design and review. Her focus includes leading engagements in the space of applications, consulting, and next-generation services. Prior to joining Everest Group, Shitika worked for HCL Technologies as a pre-sales consultant in application services, solutioning for deals, and designing products that catered to customer pain points. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneshwar, and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from Mody Institute of Technology and Science, Lakshmangarh.
