Shikharjit Mitra is a Practice Director on the Pricing Assurance team, where he assists clients on strategic commercial and contractual topics, including sourcing strategy, vendor solution evaluation, service provider rate card benchmarking, strategic engagement review, and software license optimization. Before joining Everest Group, Shikharjit worked with service provider firms HCL Technologies and Tata Consultancy Services in various roles across the value chain, such as presales, solutioning, and delivery. He holds a master’s degree in business administration in marketing from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
