Samarth Kapur is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services team and manages Everest Group’s human resource outsourcing (HRO) offerings. He is a key industry analyst in multi–country payroll, employer of record, employee experience management platforms, and people analytics solutions. He has authored multiple industry reports and thought leadership pieces across the HRO practice for the firm. Leveraging his consulting and research experience, he has also advised many global service providers and enterprises in areas of business transformation, solution benchmarking, product and pricing strategy, and competitive intelligence. Prior to joining Everest Group, Samarth worked as a management consultant with GEP. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication from Vellore Institute of Technology.
