Roma Juneja is a Practice Director in Everest Group’s technology practice focusing on insurance. She is responsible for driving published research such as PEAK Matrix®, provider landscapes, and annual reports. Roma also advises business and IT leaders of insurance enterprises, service providers, and technology vendors on various topics, including vendor assessment, go-to-market strategy, account strategy, competition intelligence, and market positioning. Prior to joining Everest Group, Roma worked with Genpact as a pre-sales and solutions consultant in the financial services industry. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from SRCC, Delhi University, India.
