Pete Weinert is the Vice President of Revenue Operations for Everest Group. In this role, Pete is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success across the customer life cycle and driving growth and business performance through operational efficiency, leveraging people, process, and technology. Pete has broad expertise spanning market analysis, leadership development, process improvement and KPIs, and strategic business planning.
Before Everest Group, Pete worked as Vice President of Global Revenue Operations for MRI Software, LLC, where he directly managed sales, marketing, and customer success operations, order management, process improvement, and data insights for the enterprise. Previous to this role, he was Senior Director of Growth Operations and Analytics for AvidXchange, Inc., where he managed the full scope of sales and marketing operations, insights, process improvement, and data science.
Pete has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, establishing and driving sales and marketing operational performance and success. He has extensive experience devising and implementing strategies to engage stakeholders, utilizing analytical tools to determine operational and technology improvements, removing barriers to team success, and overcoming process and team weaknesses.
Pete holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University, Washington, DC, a master of arts degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington, and a bachelor of science in bioengineering from Cornell University, Ithica, New York.
