Mihir Sinha is a Practice Director on the Global Sourcing team, where he manages the firm’s workforce and locations advisory and research practice. With a strong background in supporting organizations with strategic decision–making, he advises companies on location assessment, peer benchmarking, workforce strategy, and go–to–market strategy across functions, industry verticals, and regions.
Prior to joining Everest Group, Mihir worked as an Advisory Manager at Maier Vidorno Altios. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
