Katrina Menzigian, Vice President, Analyst Relations Engagement, leads the firm’s Analyst Relations program. She brings over 25 years of experience in market research and consulting. In her current role, Katrina is responsible for building value-driven and mutually impactful relationships with analyst relations (AR) professionals at service and tech provider organizations in the marketplace.
Her overarching goal is to create an active community of AR professionals that derive value from collaborative relationships with Everest Group and each other. To this end, Katrina regularly plans and leads community-building initiatives such as a quarterly newsletter targeting the AR community and LinkedIn Live sessions on topics that equip AR people with insights on how to maximize their engagement with Everest Group and learn about developments affecting the AR space more broadly.
Prior to her current role, Katrina held various research leadership roles with Everest Group’s business process services (BPS) practice, growing a portfolio of published research and custom projects with a wide range of clients, including service providers and investors. Areas of expertise included customer experience management (CXM) Services and contact center outsourcing (CCO), finance and accounting outsourcing (FAO), procurement outsourcing (PO) services, and HR and talent, among others. Katrina frequently represented Everest Group at industry forums, webinars, conferences, and client executive sessions.
Prior to Everest Group, Katrina helped launch the BPO practice at IDC, growing that practice as its Worldwide BPO Services VP.
She holds a master’s degree in international affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a double bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley in English and mass communications.
