Duvvuri Sreenivas is a Practice Director with the Business Process Services team. He assists clients in areas within service optimization technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Prior to joining Everest Group, Sreenivas worked on growth strategy for technology service providers at Zinnov Management Consulting and Accenture. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal.
