Abhi Kothari is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services team, where he assists clients on optimizing business process service delivery models along with providing outsourcing advisory services with an emphasis on insurance offerings. Prior to joining Everest Group, Abhi worked with PWC Strategy& and Infosys as part of their organizational/business strategy and solution design teams. He has extensively worked on multi-million dollar outsourcing advisory deals aiding clients in organization restructuring, framing location strategy, business transformation, operating model design, and GBS transformation. Abhi holds a PGDM degree from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) in Ghaziabad, India and a bachelor’s degree from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) in Ahmedabad, India.
