Drew Belmore is Vice President, Human Resources for Everest Group. In this role, he is the human resources leader for the US and UK. Drew is responsible for overseeing employee engagement initiatives and leading the global human resources operations. Drew previously served as Senior Director, Global Human Capital at Alithya, where he led human resources in the US and internationally and worked to foster employee engagement, mobilize talent, and develop new business initiatives.
Drew is a seasoned human resources professional with a proven track record in all areas of human resources and organizational development. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Drew has led human resources teams at global companies, developing effective human resources strategies and fostering a positive work culture. He is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace while immersing himself in the nuts and bolts of the business and day-to-day operations.
Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mount Olive in Mount Olive, North Carolina, and a master certificate in international organizations management from the University of Geneva in Geneva, Switzerland.
