Karin Richer serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Everest Group. In this role, Karin is responsible for the transformation office and finance and accounting (F&A) functions, office administration, and the management of the firm’s senior executives’ internal initiatives. Her role serves as the connective tissue linking Everest Group’s corporate functions and the support they provide to the delivery of value to our clients.
Initially joining Everest Group in the former Consulting practice, Karin advised clients on the transformations of their IT, F&A, sales, and HR services. She also served in several other client-facing and internal roles during her time with Everest Group, including those in which she built a new service line, led Consulting project staffing, reorganized the firm’s US talent acquisition model, and stabilized internal corporate functions during transitions. She has 20+years of experience in business and consulting.
Karin earned a bachelor of business administration in management information services from the University of Notre Dame and received her MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business. Karin enjoys spending time with her family, hosting informal gatherings, traveling, and learning about various cultures of the world.
