Andrea M. Riffle holds responsibility for Everest Group’s branding, communications and marketing functions, which includes setting the strategic direction for the firm’s market positioning; building and managing the corporate brand; leading its research and consulting marketing; overseeing its public relations programs; and directing its integrated external-facing marketing communications. Additionally, she holds responsibility for Everest Group’s internal communications function. Andrea, who has nearly 25 years of broad marketing and communications experience, has nearly 15 years of experience in designing and implementing marketing programs for organizations within the global services industry.

At Everest Group, Andrea’s experience includes leading the research, development, and roll out of new brand messaging to accurately and consistently reflect the firm’s leadership position within the market and support the achievement of its growth objectives. As part of the firm’s comprehensive marketing strategy, Andrea directs the firm’s marketing content development, marketing channel strategy (including digital, marketing automation, social media), event sponsorship and participation, and industry organization partnerships – all activities that are aimed at building brand awareness and significantly contributing to the firm’s growth.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Andrea was Director of Marketing at Arise Virtual Solutions, a provider of at-home contact center services. In this position, she worked closely with the CEO and the business development team to position the firm for fast growth and a near-term potential public offering.

Prior to Arise Virtual Solutions, Andrea was with TPI, a sourcing advisory firm, for seven years. In the role of Director, Global Communications & Branding, she designed and led an integrated global marketing communications program that advanced the leadership role of TPI. During her tenure with the firm, her contributions included re-launching the TPI brand, including the company’s logo, tagline, website and messaging. Other management responsibilities included ongoing brand management; thought-leadership content development, industry and hosted event planning; communications format and channel management; public relations/media relations; and internal communications.

Before joining TPI, Andrea held account management roles with public relations firms and editorial positions with publishing companies with a focus on Health & Medical accounts and topics.

Andrea holds an M.A. in English from the University of Miami, a B.A. in English from Florida International University, and a B.S. in Journalism/Telecommunications from the University of Florida.
