Todd has deep front- and back-office process knowledge across multiple industries, with extensive experience in crafting solutions for HR, customer service, legal, sales, and data centers. Previously, as Senior Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc, for 11 years, Todd assisted clients in identifying critical business challenges, evaluating opportunities, defining solutions, and delivering quantifiable change. Additionally, he designed the North American and European marketing model for the firm’s customer relationship management offering and the global position for IT complexity reduction. Focusing primarily on the health, financial and consumer sectors, his advisory services included such components as post-merger strategies, developing and implementing governance models, restructuring service level agreements, cost reduction, developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies, consolidation activities and customer relationship management reengineering.
Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Todd was a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he led efforts to improve business process performance through IT.
