Interview Process

      • Initial Interview: 45-minute phone interview with a member of the Recruiting team to learn about you and evaluate your fit for our open roles
      • Phone Case Interview: 45-minute interview with a member of the Consulting team to evaluate your problem solving skills
      • Behavioral Interview: 45-minute interview with a member of the Consulting team to learn more about your achievements and consulting experience
      • Interview Day: If you are successful in your case and behavioral interviews, we invite you to our offices for a day of interviews with Partners and other key stakeholders. We then make a hiring decision
