Shikha Raina is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services team. She assists clients on topics related to human resources outsourcing. Prior to joining Everest Group, Shikha worked as a Senior Manager with Tata Consumer Products Limited. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s degree in software engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU).
