About the Virtual Roundtable

Supplier management is vital – but many companies are using manual tools to manage their suppliers. Do you have the tools and technology you need to maximize value from relationship-driven activities?

Research shows tools for measuring supplier performance, managing risk, and enriching supplier information are not broadly implemented. Use of technology correlates with better results, but finding the right solution can be a challenge. In this interactive session we’ll discuss the tools sourcing leaders are using, the results they are driving, and challenges they encounter along the way.

  • Who should attend

Sourcing leaders, supplier managers, VMO leaders, anyone with supplier management responsibility.

  • What you will learn

Attend this session to share your experience and learn from your peers’ successes and challenges. We’ll discuss: tools in use for a range of supplier management activities; where source to pay suites are leading and where best of breed solutions make the most sense; challenges organizations face and change management required during implementation.
  • Virtual Roundtable Guidelines

While there is no charge for these sessions, the price of admission is participation. These sessions are most successful when all attendees are prepared to share their experiences with colleagues at other enterprises.

In support of this objective, participation is limited to senior executives within enterprises (no service providers), and each attendance request must be approved by Everest Group to ensure an appropriate size and mix of participants. The 90-minute session includes introductions, a short presentation, and 60 minutes of facilitated discussion.
