About the Virtual Roundtable

A citizen-led model is a powerful lever to address challenges in adopting Intelligent Automation – it enables more business participation and leveraging of in-house potential.

As mature enterprises and GBS organizations look to accelerate IA adoption, business resources are playing a key role across the key automation journey stages – discovery, development, and monitoring. In this session, we’ll offer insights into the extent of citizen-model adoption across GBS organizations, and the group will discuss the evolution of the model, their experiences to date, and their plans for in the future.

    In support of this objective, participation is limited to senior executives within enterprises (no service providers), and each attendance request must be approved by Everest Group to ensure an appropriate size and mix of participants. The 90-minute session includes introductions, a short presentation, and 60 minutes of facilitated discussion.
