Automation technologies are having significant impact on global service delivery, with location strategies especially impacted. This session will offer a brief overview of ways in which automation impacts the traditional labor arbitrage-driven model of business process delivery, followed by a group discussion on how companies are experiencing automation disrupting their delivery locations portfolio strategies.
