“In reaction to what looks to be an imminent acquisition by French IT giant Capgemini, Nasdaq-listed Igate’s share price has rallied 12% to $45.85 from $40.90 in twelve days. The deal, which some expect will be announced on Monday, would be one of the biggest acquisitions in the IT services space.
