Donna Manchester

Vice President, Global Human Resources

Donna Manchester combines a highly analytical approach and strategic planning with a visionary thrust in her Human Resources accomplishments. Her expertise is founded in 20 years of extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership positions for enterprises in a variety of industries. She has a mastery of benefits programs, corporate policies, change management, recruiting, training, compliance activities, compensation processes and pension plans.

Her strategic mandate since joined Everest Group in 2003 is to establish infrastructure to support the firm’s growth objectives. She directs training and professional development initiatives and acts as professional development coach and strategic advisor to the firm’s partners. She is responsible for recruiting for the firm’s U.S., Canadian, Australian, U.K., and Indian operations, and she supervises administrative support staff. Her early achievements include the implementation of a new payroll system, updated benefit programs, and a Designated Group Leader program.

Before Everest Group Donna served as Vice President, Human Resources Consulting for CDG & Associates, a national HRIS consulting firm serving Fortune 1,000 clients. She was responsible for directing all facets of organizational development, recruiting and retention, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.

Previously, as Vice President at Human Resources Consulting Services at Corporate Health Plans of America, Inc. (CHPA), Donna developed and delivered compliance audits, policy design, position descriptions, training, benefit program design, vendor selection and communications materials, and recommended adjustments in growth and direction.

Earlier in her career, she served as Manager of Human Resources at Forney Corporation, an international manufacturing firm, where she achieved a 20% cost reduction through procedural redesign, quality control, and cost control measures.

Donna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Relations & Business with Honors from Amber University. Her professional training, certifications and licensures include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM; Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans; State of Texas Group 1 Insurance Agent License; and Advanced Practitioner Certification, Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Specialists.
