Nancy Strehlow

General Counsel and Data Protection Officer

Nancy Strehlow oversees legal issues for Everest Group on a global basis. Her responsibilities include the negotiation of contracts with Everest Group clients, drafting and updating contracting forms, Code of Conduct compliance, management of corporate records, trademark, copyright and intellectual property issues, and the implementation of data protection and privacy policies. She joined Everest Group in 2008.

Nancy is a graduate of the Washington University School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and a senior editor of the Law Review. She served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Barefoot Sanders of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.   Thereafter, she became an associate with the Dallas law firm of Locke Purnell Rain Harrell, where she specialized in civil litigation. Prior to joining Everest Group, she was the special counsel for health law and policy for Quintiles Transnational Corporation, a global clinical research organization. In that role, Nancy’s responsibilities included drafting Quintiles’ contract forms, negotiating customer and investigative site agreements, and providing contractual and regulatory advice to Quintiles’ personnel on various issues, including the Anti-kickback Statute, False Claims Act, electronic records, financial disclosure, and data transfer.
