Who We Hire Researchers

Everest Group’s research practice serves as a central source of independent and objective strategic intelligence, analysis, and insight for leading corporations, service providers, and investors in the global outsourcing and off shoring marketplace. The research practice addresses business process, application and information technology sourcing topics though horizontally focused teams. Our analysts’ wealth of knowledge and experience provides clients with unique insight into today’s marketplace and with the competitive edge required to take advantage of emerging opportunities. Each team is comprised of a variety of roles.

Many of the research team members are former consultants or individuals with a background in primary research. This team’s role is to develop fundamental research that is purely sourcing-related, including insights on key drivers of value creation and growth in the marketplace. They are able to call out key risks on execution and develop perspectives on what “winning” company strategies should look like. Over time, team members become specialist analysts and advisors in niche areas of the market, providing expert guidance and advice to COOs, CIOs, service provider organization presidents, and others.
