Executive Assistant| Apply Now

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides timely, accurate, confidential executive level administrative and secretarial support services to the CEO and Managing Partners of the firm. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for the efficient and effective administrative management of the local office to ensure sound organization and operation. The Executive Assistant exhibits professionalism and works effectively with both internal and external contributors, exercising independent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to perform with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow and day-to-day tasks to deadlines while working closely with the Partners; organize meetings and events, including venue, catering, audio-visual requirements
  • Manage and maintain an accurate and workable diary of appointments and meetings for the Partners: making and confirming appointments and keeping the Partners properly informed of all commitments
  • Manage all local and international travel, accommodation, and itinerary requirements for the Partners and others, as required, including visitors
  • Manage and monitor incoming calls to the firm and redirect where appropriate
  • Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence (hard copy and electronic), including the allocation and monitoring of deadlines for responses; coordinate and prepare agendas and documentation for the Partners in preparation for attendance at meetings; assist in the preparation and editing of letters, memos, presentations and other correspondence in accordance with Everest templates practices and procedures
  • Take initiative in the identification of issues and the collation, preparation and presentation of information for consideration by the Partners
  • Manage the implementation of consistent record management practices
  • Establish and manage reviews and ongoing assessments of administrative and office procedures and systems to ensure timeliness of correspondence, accuracy of information and integrity of storage
  • Code and reconcile the Partners and others’ weekly expenses
  • Procure office supplies, including, stationery, reference material, kitchen and catering supplies
  • Complete special projects as required

Education and Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience supporting executive teams within the consulting industry
  • Minimum of 2 years related, applicable experience

Professional Capabilities:

  • Experience in providing executive level administrative and clerical support to a Principal and associates
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (comprehensive and accurate computer and typing skills)

    Market Analyst – Next Generation IT Practice | Apply Now

    We are currently seeking a Market Analyst to support Everest Group’s Next Generation IT Consulting Practice. The primary function of the Market Analyst will be to develop and radiate content that communicates Everest Group insights, perspectives, and analysis on major market trends in Next Generation enterprise technologies, including cloud computing, mobility, and next generation data centers. We will consider a range of relevant experience including industry research, academic research, consultancy, industry, finance and engineering. The ideal candidate should have three to five years of prior experience with a proven track-record of success. We are looking for candidates with relentless intellectual curiosity that are able to independently manage development of research content, and who excel at leveraging creative research sources to arrive at conclusions to complex issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with internal and external resources to develop written reports and research notes on specific Next Generation IT themes or topics.
    • Leverage existing and new channels to develop and radiate Everest Group’s unique perspective on Next Generation IT and articulate our unique ability to deliver value to the market.
    • Examine relevant market problems and demonstrate their pervasiveness in the marketplace.

    • Outsourcing and offshoring industry knowledge/experience and ability to understand market trends
