Engagement Directors| Apply Now

Engagement Directors are responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of client projects and are accountable to a Partner. Project management includes providing direction for the Everest Group consulting team and any client team members, developing thoughtful recommendations and advice for client executives, helping to professionally develop consultants on their teams, remaining alert to additional opportunities to serve their clients, and contributing to the development of the Firm’s knowledge and processes. We are currently looking for Engagement Directors in our Dallas, TX; New York, NY; Toronto, ON; London, England; and Gurgaon, India locations.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • 4+ years experience with a top-tier management consulting firm

We are currently looking for an Engagement Director or Associate Partner with experience in Next Generation IT/ Cloud Computing.

Job Description:

  • In alignment with Everest Group’s mission, provide thought leadership across a range of topics to drive value for clients.

  • Management of the Overall Business Development Function Including:
    • Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
    • Competitor and market analysis
    • Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
    • Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing department
    • Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies

Engagement Manager| Apply Now

Duties: Responsible for managing day-to-day performance of client projects. Project management includes providing direction for the consulting team and any client team members, developing recommendations and advice for client executives, help professionally develop consultants on the team, and contributing to the development of the Firm’s knowledge and processes. Manage work efforts to contract specifications. Develop work products and documentation. Support delivery assurance practices by participating in periodic project reviews and audits and maintaining accurate and timely project reporting. Anticipate and communicate project risks. Interface with client leads and become a trusted advisor or confidant to the client. Perform costing and pricing financial analysis. Identify, document and build up costs in an as-is environment. Forecast and predict cost break-downs in proposals or future-stated environments. Serve as a subject matter expert. Lead sub-project teams as required. Cultivate successful client relationships. Contribute to the development of Everest intellectual property. Support Everest business development efforts in expanding business. Identify new or additional revenue opportunities with current clients.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Management, Engineering, or Computer Science and 3 years of combined experience in the following: Operations strategy or management consulting experience with an operations advisory, strategic management consulting firm or sourcing advisory; and/or Management experience in strategic planning; and/or Management experience developing marketing strategies, including concept development and go-to-market strategies. In lieu of a Master’s degree and 3 years experience, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Management, Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years of domain experience as a manager in a functional area (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, or Procurement) supervising teams and with responsibility for Sales, General & Administrative costs.
