Sabimir Sabev has been pivotal in helping organizations throughout Western Europe and emerging European markets formulate and execute strategies needed to achieve business profitability and sustainable growth through both organic and non-organic means. He has extensive international experience in developing and supporting Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) opportunities, as well as expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) operations and strategy development.
His accomplishments include building business models and strategies, and guiding multinational companies through all phases of start-up, turnaround, merger, acquisition, divestiture and restructuring. He has worked with organizations across diverse sectors including telecommunications, travel, distribution, retail and financial services.Prior to joining Everest Group, Sabimir was part of the senior management team of Corporate Dynamics Capital, an investment management firm focused on assisting private equity companies and high net-worth individuals to introduce innovative and proven business models in South Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania and Macedonia).
Previously Sabimir was Corporate Development Director for ClientLogic Corp, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) outsourced service provider owned by Onex Corp, a major private equity firm. With responsibility for strategic projects, M&A in Europe, and developing BPO opportunities, he worked on more than 20 major M&A opportunities.
Sabimir also spent three years with Inchcape Ltd. where, as Strategy and Business Development Manager for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, he was an instrumental member of the restructuring team that supported spin-off and divestiture of underperforming divisions. Earlier in his career he was Retail Marketing Manager with Shell Bulgaria, a downstream marketing company, and helped to establish the Shell retail operation in Bulgaria.
Sabimir holds an MBA from London Business School. He also has an MSc and BSc in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economics in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is fluent in English and Bulgarian; conversational in Russian and Macedonian.
