Everest Group is committed to protecting your privacy. As part of this commitment Everest Group has adopted the following privacy policy. In addition, Everest Group has voluntarily agreed to comply with the Safe Harbor provisions of the European Union's Directive on Data Protection available to U.S. organizations.
Website Users' Privacy
Everest Group does not collect personally-identifiable information on the website. Everest Group uses cookies, the small text files a website can use to track the activities of users over time and across different websites. Cookies help us to provide better, faster service with a personalized site experience. You can opt to set your browser to reject cookies; however, this will hinder performance and negatively impact your experience on our site.
At no point during the collection of the above data does any third party have access to any user's personally-identifiable information without the users written consent.

Privacy of Data Not Collected Via the Web Site
Everest Group may perform consulting services, such as strategic analysis or data management, for clients during which it may be given access to personally-identifiable information of European Union Citizens employed by the client or client customers. At no point does Everest Group disclose any of this information to any third party. Everest Group affirms that its client's data is the exclusive property of the client and that Everest Group will abide by the client's directions in the treatment of its information.
Everest Group has enacted and follows reasonable precautions to safeguard the privacy of client data, including requiring all employees to sign confidentiality agreements.
Where Everest Group acts only as an agent for the collection of client data, all data transfers occur only upon direction of the owner of the data, Everest Group's client.
Choice
Acting only as an agent for its clients, Everest Group is not required to provide persons whose personally-identifiable information is provided by Everest Group's clients an opportunity to choose or opt-out whether the personal information will be disclosed. However, Everest Group does not use customer data for any purpose incompatible with those authorized in its client agreements.
Sensitive Information
Sensitive Information, including credit card numbers, is not stored except as directed by the Everest Group's clients who own the data, and is not transferred to third parties except as authorized by client.
Onward Transfer
Everest Group will not transfer clients' data except with the written authorization of the client. Where Everest Group uses third party sub-contractors or vendors having access to client data through Everest Group they are (1) contractually required to comply with Everest Group's confidentiality policy, (2) subject to the European directive or other adequacy finding, or (3) independently ascribe to the safe harbor provisions themselves.
Security
Everest Group maintains reasonable precautions to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse and unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Only authorized users, bound by employee confidentiality agreements, have access to such stored data.
Data Integrity
Everest Group collects only that data authorized by the client. Where Everest Group is directed by its clients to transfer data to a third party, Everest Group follows the data masking and confidentiality provisions agreed to by the client and third party.
Access
Ment to adhere to the safe harbor principles, including transferring a sample of data stored on its systems to the client. Everest Group will correct, amend or delete any erroneous data if instructed to do so by its clients, subject to the principles of proportionality and reasonableness.
Enforcement
Everest Group will cooperate with the EU Data Protection Authorities and the Department of Commerce to resolve any complaints and disputes arising in connection with its privacy policy. All Everest Group employees will be required to be familiar with and adhere to this privacy policy. Everest Group will investigate any reported complaints of violations of its privacy policy and will take prompt remedial action where violations are found. Dispute resolution provisions in Everest Group's client contracts will be followed.
