These tools have been developed by Everest to support its own consultants and are utilized to conduct major outsourcing efforts around the world.

Making informed and fact-based decisions
Our Decision Support services offer customized analysis and opinion to help answer critical questions throughout the outsourcing process. Examples include developing a fact-based list of suppliers to consider, comparing alternative offshore locations (at the city level) based upon costs and risks for specific skills, benchmarking proposed prices from suppliers, analyzing pricing models (fixed, variable, input/output based, etc.), and reviewing proposals and contacts.

Right expertise at the right time
