MBAs and Interns
MBAs
Everest actively recruits MBA students from leading colleges and universities around the world. Most join Everest at the Consultant level following graduation. They have an immediate opportunity to contribute to client work and develop their knowledge capital. As an MBA hire, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and strategy consulting professionals in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Your role may involve identifying opportunities to optimize internal processes, developing go-to-market strategies, differentiating between core versus non-core company functions, developing sourcing strategies, designing change management strategies, developing and analyzing options to create value for a client, and assisting in negotiating and structuring agreements between buyers and suppliers.
If you are interested in being part of our team, check with your school's career center or our Upcoming Campus Events to see if Everest is interviewing on your campus. If we are visiting your school, please submit your resume through your school's resume system to ensure that the appropriate recruiter receives it for an interview on campus. If Everest Group is not scheduled to visit your campus for interviews or if you have recently graduated, please apply online for the Strategy Consultant role through this site.
Interns
Our Summer Intern program is currently offered in our Dallas and Toronto locations and provides exceptional MBA candidates a unique opportunity to learn about strategy consulting and about Everest. As a Summer Intern, you will experience what it is like to be a full-time consultant working at client sites on engagement teams. You will also participate in our training activities during the summer, and you will have opportunities to interact with other Everest team members.
Interns will have the opportunity to work on one or more engagements, under the supervision of our Engagement Directors. An Engagement Director will provide direction on the development of work product and act as a subject matter expert. In parallel, all candidates will be provided with structured cultural and organizational training.
We will begin recruiting for next year’s summer internship program on our North American campuses this fall, with interviews occurring in January and February. See Upcoming Campus Events to determine whether we are scheduled to visit your campus. Please consult with your Career Services department to determine deadlines for applications from your institution. If there is an application drop at your institution, please apply through that channel.
