Kathy Sadden
Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Kathy Sadden is responsible for marketing the services and products of Everest Group and its subsidiaries, Everest Research Institute and Outsourcing Center. Her expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies and communications includes insights from more than a decade of experience in various roles with outsourcing provider firms prior to joining Everest Group. Her objectives at Everest Group are focused on aligning marketing communications with needs in the marketplace.
In addition to her skills in developing marketing and sales collateral for service offerings, Kathy leverages her past experience in a wide spectrum of marketing endeavors. These range from business development activities such as building client relationships resulting in engagements, creating marketing forums for clients and identifying potential business in targeted markets, to developing and managing business plans, marketing plans and sales strategies. She has also mentored account professionals and directed consultants in developing and presenting successful proposals to strategic clients.
Prior to joining Everest Group, Kathy served as Managing Director –Americas Business Unit-Marketing and Sales Operations for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) where she was responsible for the Marketing and Sales Operations function for Americas Business Development (technology outsourcing). Her responsibilities included oversight of the marketing plan, budget development and execution, definition of the competitive strategy for the market, and managing sales funnels and liaison between other divisions. She also was responsible for the outside Industry and Advisor Relations Program.
Before working with CSC, Kathy was a Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse where she led and managed teams during various large-scale software implementations, led major proposal efforts and conducted sales presentations.
Her accomplishments include recognition as the Client Developer of the Year in 1999 and 2001 at CSC. This award is based on exceeding sales goals, winning strategic accounts, continued client satisfaction, exhibiting leadership, mentoring and working in a team environment.
Kathy received a Bachelor in Business Administration in accounting from the University of North Texas and is a CPA.
