Research Director (RD) - ITO - New Delhi:  Research Directors lead service line or practice areas within EverestResearch.  They manage a team of analysts focused on a specificresearch area or capability and need to be involved in all aspects of developing the service line or practice area.  The Research Director delivers analysis and advice to blue chip clients through written reports, consulting, client inquiry, speeches, and otherdeliverables.  The candidate must be able to analyze, write, participate actively in the sales cycle, consult, present in front of large or small audiences, work with senior executives, develop complex and compelling scenarios, develop research agendas and work with clients solving strategic outsourcing issues.

 

Research Analyst (RA) - Benchmarking - New Delhi:  As a member and active contributor of a 2-3 person team which conducts price benchmarking analysis multiple outsourcing fields (e.g., Human Resources Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing).
