CONSULTINGEngagement Director - US - Dallas or New York: Engagement Directors are responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of client projects and are accountable to a Principal. Project management includes providing direction for the Everest consulting team and any client team members, developing thoughtful recommendations and advice for client executives, helping to professionally develop consultants on their teams, remaining alert to additional opportunities to serve their clients, and contributing to the development of the Firm’s knowledge and processes. Education and Experience requirements: Master’s degree in a business-related field or Engineering or Computer Sciences, plus: 1. five (5) years of experience in a combination of the following: a. Operations strategy or management consulting experience with an operations advisory, strategic management consulting firm, or sourcing advisory, and/or b. Management experience in strategic planning, and/or c. Management experience developing marketing strategies, including concept development and go-to-market strategies or 2. seven (7) years of domain experience as a manager in a functional area (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, or Procurement), supervising teams and responsible for improving SG&A. Alternatively we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business-related field or Engineering or Computer Sciences plus: 1. seven (7) years of experience in a combination of the following: a. Operations strategy or management consulting experience with an operations advisory, strategic management consulting firm, or sourcing advisory, and/or b. Management experience in strategic planning, and/or c. Senior Research Analyst (SRA) - FAOT - New Delhi - The SRA is a leader of a 2-3 person team which researches and provides insightful analysis on an outsourcing-relevant field (e.g., Human Resources Outsourcing). Role will include managing specific research agenda, authoring reports and white papers, developing expertise in select field, global interaction with buyers, suppliers, subject matter experts, investors, and internal Everest employees. Work closely with researchers, consultants, and SMEs to proactively manage collection of information relevant to subject area of focus. Supports internal business development efforts, consultant teams and Everest research efforts. Refines business communication skills for future external market communication. Sets plan for internal growth and actively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, internal Everest, and external sources. Defines agenda for focus areas or work streams which includes: identify priority areas in which knowledge is either inadequate or missing, suggesting processes for filling any data or analysis gaps, actively participate in agenda planning meetings, definition/refinement of product, setting timelines for deliverables, problem solves and structure work to manage to deliverables and timelines, ensures quality of products and adherence to Everest formats and standards and proactively develops a depth of insight regarding focus areas, key trends and implications to buyers, suppliers, investors, and technology providers. Knowledge Associate (KA) - New Delhi - The KA role will support the Knowledge Director in knowledge management activities, which involves capturing and maintaining intellectual capital generated across Everest’s consulting, research, and business development activities; support consultants and researchers, located globally, in their efforts to search and locate specific information or data;support consultants and researchers in their efforts to standardize and improve the quality of the documents for compliance with Everest formatting standards; facilitate training programs to improve level of awareness of knowledge available within Everest and support and eventually own various activities related to information services (maintain and work to enhance the quality of databases). Education/experience; 3-4 years of work experience in knowledge management with a top professional services firm; MBA or Masters in Commerce/Economics/Business Economics from a reputed institute; Knowledge of outsourcing a plus, but not essential.
