Research Director – New Delhi: The Research Director leads a research team focused on a particular market segment. This person will define the research agenda and products (external and internal) for their particular domain of expertise as well as manage a team of researchers, support internal business development and assume responsibility for the delivery of the team's products. KA's work closely with the Knowledge Director, to proactively collect and synthesize relevant knowledge managing various processes that facilitate knowledge capture and sharing. This role will maintain and enhance Everest's style guides - formats and standards of writing documents through the Visual Arts team and assure adherence to those standards. The KA role is essential to overseeing the administration of the knowledge management system including ensuring strict version control, posting new materials, and identifying areas needing improvement. This role will support individuals and groups in their searches for specific material and information retrieval. We are looking for candidates with at least 3-4 years of work experience in knowledge management with a top professional services firm, an MBA or Masters in Commerce/Economics/Business Economics from a reputed institute.
