Sayan, what makes the single-provider model better in multi-country RPO? Is it because of the complexity of sourcing through multiple countries?
Given the various differences across countries, integration at a cultural, operational, and governance level is a major challenge in a multi-country RPO context. This challenge can be further compounded if the solution provider(s) do not bring in an integrated way of working. It is easier for a single provider acting by itself to present a more integrated style of functioning than multiple disparate providers who can differ widely in culture and practices. However, there are no hard and fast rules and a well chalked out partnership model has also proven as effective in multiple cases
